COMPOSITE PANELS
Our composite panels are designed to meet the needs of increasingly complex and regulated projects, offering tailor-made technical solutions.

ALUWOOD
Sandwich panel consisting of two aluminium sheets with an inner core of MDF or CHIPBOARD. The final thickness can be created according to client requirements.
ALU FOAM
Sandwich panel consisting of two aluminium sheets or MDF boards. High-density polyurethane foam core. The final thickness of the panel and its characteristics can be customised to satisfy client requirements.
ALUSTIR
Sandwich panel with outer MDF sheets of various thicknesses with a styrene core inside. Available in various thicknesses and formats.
Customisable with HPL, wood, paint or resin decorations. Lightweight panel where wood or aluminium reinforcement inserts can be included, so as to provide even more strength and customisation.
CORRUGATED PANELS
Corrugated panels are lightweight panels consisting of two metal sheets and a continuously formed core designed for strength, lightness and low fire load. They were originally created for applications in the naval and railway industries, where they are used in ceilings, walls, doors and partitions. They are appreciated for their flexibility of use and the safety certifications required by the sector.
Versatile and customisable, they can be produced in various formats and coated with wood, steel, resins or other materials, making them ideal for outdoor use as ventilated façades or outdoor furniture. Lightweight yet strong, they are among the most popular panels on both the domestic and international markets.
HONEYCOMB PANELS
Honeycomb panels are composed of an aluminium honeycomb core with metal sheets on the sides, offering lightness and great resistance to compression and bending. Created for aeronautical and railway applications, they are also widely used in the naval sector thanks to their low specific weight and MED certification for use on ships.
Versatile and customisable, they can be made in different thicknesses and coatings such as HPL, wood or liquid paint, making them ideal for walls, false ceilings, interior doors, as well as lift and furniture components such as below tops and in large doors.
DOORS – LIGHTENED PANELS
Metal deluxe finish
Door consisting of a lightened aluminium panel. Its front has a delicate vertical satin finish with a silky effect.

Door consisting of a lightened aluminium panel. Its front features a 30° cross-tilt brushing created manually by our craftsmen.

Deep
Door consisting of a lightened aluminium panel veneered in essence, surrounded by a solid wood profile. The front finishes can be paired with either solid wood or porcelain stoneware. The final thickness is 23 mm.

ALUMINIUM BASES
– MOD UNIT –
Modular system of kitchen base units for indoor and outdoor use, entirely constructed from corrugated aluminum panels and coated with outdoor-grade powder paint.
The bases are mechanically assembled using extruded aluminum profiles, ensuring easy disassembly and disposal of the product at the end of its life cycle.
The bases can be supplied either with or without fronts. They are available in both drop-down door and pull-out drawer versions with sliding guides.
Hinges, guides, and the rest of the hardware offer excellent resistance to outdoor use.
